Application process for victim-survivors seeking to request their private sessions information

Private sessions are confidential meetings where people can share their experiences with a Commission of Inquiry.

It is now possible for the person who gave the information to the Commission of Inquiry, or an authorised representative on behalf of that person, to apply to the State Archivist for access to the information they provided.
