These consultations provide opportunities for employees of government agencies (including UTAS and Councils) to have their say about draft Retention and Disposal Schedules.

Consultations

Common Administrative Functions (CAF) Project

OSA has engaged the consultant Emma Savage to facilitate a review of the Disposal Schedule for Common Administrative Functions (DA2157), which will be replaced and split into six rolled up schedules.

Workshops

Emma Savage facilitated the first OSA workshop on 18 March 2026 and addressed these first three draft schedules:

The final three schedules will be reviewed in a second workshop when they have been drafted after the first three schedules have been finalised:

  • DA2595 External Relations;
  • DA2598 Information Management & Systems; and
  • DA2599 Property & Fleet Management.
